Stats Summary for June 2011

At the beginning of this year I began posting summaries of my personal stats — how many books I’d read, songs I’d listened to, and videos I’d watchedle during the previous month. I don’t know if anybody else finds this stuff interesting (although I got the idea from seeing something similar on other blogs) but I feel I can look back upon this at some point and gain some insight. If nothing else, it keeps me organized.

I didn’t finish reading very many books this month — just four. The last time I’d read so few was way back in June 2010 (four again, what is it about June?). I listened to more music this past month than in May as I’ve had my iTunes on shuffle mode all week as I packed boxes (today is moving day — hopefully!). And now that I’m tracking my daily writing (blog, journal, and anything else I happen to put together outside of emails or online forums) I’ve decided to include those totals starting next month (and have put a place-holder at the bottom of this month’s summary so I don’t forget!).

And now for the stats…
